a) Visiting the Website
When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:

  • date and time of access,
  • name and URL of the retrieved file,
  • website from which access was made (referrer URL),
  • browser used and, where applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.

b) Contact by Email or Contact Form
If you have questions of any kind, you can contact us via a form provided on the website or by email. A valid email address is required so that we know who the inquiry comes from and can respond to it. Further details may be provided voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR on the basis of your inquiry.

c) AI Chat
Our website offers an AI-powered chat assistant that you may use voluntarily. When you use the chat, the messages you enter are transmitted to our service provider Anthropic PBC (USA) and processed there in order to generate the response. We do not store chat histories ourselves; to prevent abuse, your IP address is used briefly in anonymised (hashed) form to limit the frequency of requests. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in an efficient visitor service); use of the chat is voluntary. 4. Disclosure of Data
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only share your personal data with third parties if:

  • you have given your express consent (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR),
  • disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR is necessary for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in your data not being disclosed,
  • there is a legal obligation to disclose the data (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c GDPR), and
  • this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR).
